Our refund and returns policy
Overview
If an artwork is damaged when it is delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, you must contact us within 3-days of receipt. The damaged product and packaging must be photographed and retained in case of inspection by our carriers. Claims of non-delivery must be made within 30-days of dispatch.
The customer will be held liable for any damage to the artwork caused on return, or anytime after the artwork is delivered to you.
Up to 28 days: if the artwork is faulty, for example, it is damaged on arrival, then you can get a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned artwork, along with detailed clear photographs of any damaged areas of the artwork, and agree that you are entitled to a refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will offer the option of an exchange for another piece if equal or greater value. The difference in price is the responsibility for the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or damaged. All artwork must be returned in the condition that it was delivered to you. If the artwork is damaged you will not be entitled to a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning artworks, we will not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We highly recommend using a track-able shipping service with shipping insurance applied. If we do not receive your item, we will not offer a refund or honour the exchange of any goods.
After 30 days from date of purchase, no refund or return will be given or accepted.
Refunds
If you change your mind about artwork within 24 hours after purchase, Arch Graphics will refund the cost of your purchase 100%. Outside of receiving contact within 24 hours of purchase that you have changed your mind, We do not offer refunds on purchased art.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges

With returns for exchange, the art must be returned in the original condition, without damage, modifications or repairs Arch Graphics did not make or approve.

The customer agrees to cover for all shipping and handling charges outside of the original delivery, including insurance on shipping, for return of the goods, as well as delivery for the newly selected work as part of the exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No credit will be provided by Arch Graphics toward customer shipping costs.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
